To register for TIM 25, a conference registration fee must be paid, either in cash at the conference registration desk or by bank transfer. The fees for this edition of the TIM conference are as follows:
- For regular participants*:
- Authors 800 Lei (~160 euros)
- Non-presenting authors 800 Lei (~160 euros)
- For student participants (including PhD candidates, excluding post-doctoral fellows)*:
- 500 Lei (~100 euros)
- For Accompanying person
- 300 lei (~60 euros)
Note:
- The conference fee covers the Welcome party, coffee breaks, Friday lunch, one ticket to the conference Dinner, and the presentation of up to two papers.
- For the Accompanying persons, the fee covers participation to the Welcome party and the Friday night Conference Dinner.

To pay the conference fee through bank transfer, please contact us at timconference@e-uvt.ro and provide the name and address of your institute and the Tax Registration Number (CUI/VAT). We will send you an invoice and payment details. We recommend paying in advance to avoid congestion at the registration desk.
