Conference Fees

Registration Fee

To register for TIM26, a conference registration fee must be paid, either in cash at the conference registration desk or by bank transfer. The fees for this edition of the TIM conference are as follows:

Regular participants*

  • Authors: 800 Lei (~160 EUR)
  • Non-presenting authors: 800 Lei (~160 EUR)

Student participants*

(including PhD candidates, excluding post-doctoral fellows)

  • Students: 500 Lei (~100 EUR)

Accompanying person

  • Fee: 300 Lei (~60 EUR)

The conference fee includes cocktails, coffee breaks, buffet lunches, one ticket to the conference banquet, and the presentation of up to two papers.

Pay Participation Fee

Participants who wish to pay the conference fee by bank transfer are kindly asked to provide the name and full address of their institution, together with the Tax Registration Number (CUI/VAT) and any other required billing details in the registration form. The invoice will be available for collection at the registration desk at the end of the conference.
