To register for TIM 25, a conference registration fee must be paid, either in cash at the conference registration desk or by bank transfer. The fees for this edition of the TIM conference are as follows:

• For regular participants*:
  • 800 Lei (~160 euros) with the option to publish a paper in The Annals of the West University of Timisoara, Physics Series after a peer-review process.
• For student participants (including PhD candidates, excluding post-doctoral fellows)*:
  • 500 Lei (~100 euros) with the option to publish a paper in The Annals of the West University of Timisoara, Physics Series after a peer-review process.

The conference fee includes cocktails, coffee breaks, buffet lunches, one ticket to the conference banquet, and the presentation of up to two papers.

To pay the conference fee through bank transfer, please contact us at timconference@e-uvt.ro and provide the name and address of your institute and the Tax Registration Number (CUI). We will send you an invoice and payment details. We recommend paying in advance to avoid congestion at the registration desk.
